In November we would like to invite you to our interactive HR dashboard demonstration and subsequent discussion about metrics and KPIs to measure. Some of them are required by management, some of them are utilised within HR and the rest is necessary for government institutions. And we have to satisfy all these parties.
During the previous HR breakfasts we introduced advanced analytical techniques (such as regression analysis etc.). However we need consistent and reliable basic datasets to conduct those methods. So we will talk about ways how to set up the reporting system with minimum effort and create reports that other will admire.
We will also try to limit the number of Excel sheets to be used.
And this time we will meet at different address. We had rented ČSOB inspirace rooms however it is not possible anymore and we needed to find a new venue. We were successful to find cca 50 meters far from the same subway station (line B, Mustek) a nice place - Adria palace.
