Learning & Development are often the crucial elements of the competitive advantage in today’s economy. For that reason, we invest in it quite a lot of money and time, believing that it will repay in newly acquired skills and knowledge used by our employees. But how do we find out whether it is bringing expected results? Are we able to quantify it to give evidence that it is truly worth it? How can we distinguish between the good and the worse L&D program? Our HR Breakfast in January will help you to answer these questions.
We will look at various approaches in the assessment and what they offer. Besides the well-known Kirkpatrick's model, we will gain inspiration from other useful concepts too. Together we will think about what are the most common mistakes that we make in L&D and its measurement. Those will also serve us as a clue about why it does not always work the way we planned it.
As usual, we will have case studies for you as well as some examples of the dashboard.
On top of that, you will try to solve a puzzle of graphs and data yourself.
The event will take place at the Špejle restaurant. We are starting at 9.30 a.m. going until 11.30 a.m., but you are welcome to come and get your breakfast from 9 o'clock already.
Free entry for registered visitors.
We are looking forward to seeing you there!
